After retirement, Van der Sar "solitude" In the past


MANCHESTER - Goalkeeper Manchester United (MU), Edwin van der Sar, admitted to still plans to retire after her contract expired, 30 June. He also said the long-planned vacation from the world of football after that.

"I have attended coaching courses in the UK and plans to put it into practice in the Netherlands. However, I'm not sure will complete (the course)," said Van der Sar.

"Maybe it's too early (to talk about it). I want a year off and do fun things."

"I want to watch some games with friends in a normal situation on Saturday. Enjoy a delicious meal on Saturday night, watching the game on Sunday, playing golf and spending time with family."

"(Deciding retired) was never easy. I have a friend who retired five or six years ago, so I probably will (on vacation from football) for two or three seasons. It's not a big problem."

"I'm fine. It's not too bad. I expect a greater emotional or different emotions. However, this is the right time for me and I'm happy with my decision," he said. (SUN)
